The Budget To Actual Revenue/Expense Generator Module for FUNDamentals generates Revenue and/or Expenditure records by allocating a budgeted (user-defined) amount using one of two methods:

Setup Target Account
The first step in the setup is selecting a target revenue or expense sub account. This is the sub account where you will enter the budgeted amount as well as the destination for generated records. Next, choose the appropriate Allocation Method.
Enter Budget Amounts
After establishing the target account(s) in the previous step, select a target account and enter or edit the annual budgeted amount for each site or school in the list.
